I did try emailing support@itch.io many times but no one replied 

I didn't have an account when I purchased the game so there's nothing in my library the game link was supposed to be emailed to me but all I got was a receipt so im confused on where my game link is 

Where tf is the download link? i just got the receipt in my email and thats it
